☁ WHERE CAN I CONTACT YOU?

☁ CAN I RETURN/ EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

  • We don’t accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If you have a problem with your order, feel free to reach out to me!

☁ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Orders typically are sent out in 5-8 business days. All orders are packaged by one person, please be patient as I work hard to fulfill your orders! 

☁ WHEN WILL I GET MY PRE ORDERS?

  • The items will take 2-3 weeks to manufacture and get to me! The estimated time on each preorder does not include sorting, packing, and shipping time. Please expect to wait 3-4  weeks to receive your pre-orders.

☁ DOES MY PRE ORDER SHIP WITH MY NON-PREORDER ITEMS?

  • All items will be shipped together! Once the pre-order inventory arrives, they will be shipped with the non-preorder products. This will help you save on shipping costs! 

☁ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

  • PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR US/CANADA ORDERS!
  • PLEASE ALLOW 4-6+ WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. All International Orders MUST be fulfilled via my ETSY shop, linked here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/HaribyArt
  • Usually your order will arrive in 1-2 weeks for US orders and 4-6+ weeks for international. All orders are shipped via the USPS! If you haven't received your order within the timeframe listed above, feel free to email me with your order number to haribypaperco@gmail.com and we will do the best we can to figure out a solution!

☁ MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED/MISSING, WHAT DO I DO?

  • Unfortunately shipping things always comes with the small chance of damaged packages as I have no control over how the package is handled while it travels to you! If your package is missing, please check your local USPS. If there is still an issue, email me your order number and we can work something out!

☁ DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

  • I am shipping to the United States of America and Canada on this site ONLY! If you are from the EU, UK, etc., please shop on my Etsy shop! All items on here are also available there.
  • If you do not see your country here, please refer to the USPS website to see if your country has any shipping restrictions.

☁ I DON'T SEE ONE OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED/THERE IS EXTRA GOODIES IN MY ORDER

  • If you are missing a part of your order, please email me and I will send it out to you! Mistakes do occur from time to time, but HaribyArt believes in prioritizing you, our customers, first and foremost! Communication is key, so if there are any errors/missing items, do not hesitate to reach out and inform us. 

☁ ARE THE PHOTOS ACCURATE TO WHAT I'LL GET?

  • All product photos closely resemble the final product(s). Some colors could be slightly off due to lighting variations.
